As Chief Risk Officer at Citadel Credit Union in Exton, PA, Chris oversees risk management for 26 branches across southeastern Pennsylvania. His impressive career spans roles at North Highland Company, KPMG, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, where he guided financial institutions, fintechs, and even cryptocurrency firms through regulatory and compliance challenges. Chris’s leadership journey also includes pivotal roles at JPMorgan Chase and Capital One, where he spearheaded major initiatives in acquisitions, compliance programs, and fraud prevention.

Chris is not only a recognized expert in regulatory supervision and risk mitigation but also a former Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps—a testament to his commitment to leadership and resilience. He holds a BA in Political Science from Villanova University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
