Her expertise in portfolio product management for SaaS solutions and instructional design provides a unique perspective on delivering high-impact educational content that meets business and consumer needs. Kacy holds a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Colgate University and a Master’s Certificate in Instructional Design from The George Washington University.
