Prior to his role at 1st Advantage, Jason led IT modernization efforts at ABNB Federal Credit Union and Picatinny Federal Credit Union, strengthening infrastructure, security, and operational efficiency. His expertise spans IT governance, regulatory compliance, and financial technology innovation, making him a trusted leader in the industry.  Beyond his leadership in financial technology, Jason hosts The Knowledge Stack, a podcast that explores the intersection of finance and technology.
